1. Botswana Development Corporation, Western Industrial Estates (Pty) Ltd, and Commercial Holdings (Pty) Ltd invites proposals from capable locally registered Companies to provide proposals for the below tenders. Bidders must be duly registered with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA).

Closing Date for selling of tenders: 10th November 2026

2. Tender documents will be sent to Bidders after paying a non-refundable fee of P560.00 from 08:00hrs to 1530hrs on weekdays with effect from 20th October 2026.

3. Youth registered companies are entitled to pay 50% of the purchase price subject to the provision of proof of
100% youth ownership.
