BRIEF SCOPE
Lucara Botswana invites interested and reputable 100% Citizen- Owned Companies to submit their proposals for the Provision of Water Sample Anyalysis Services at Lucara Botswana;
LUCBOTS/PROC/TENDERS/2026/072.
SITE VISIT
It is a pre-requisite of this tender that bidders attend a compulsory site visit to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the works and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be executed. The site visit meeting shall take place on Thursday 29th October 2026 at 08:30am. Security clearance application information should be sent to akeitseng@lucarabotswana.co.bw; two (2) working days before the Site Meeting.
Information required for security clearance:
• Full names of visitor
• Date of birth
• Vehicle registration Number
• License Number
• Gender
• National Identity number/Passport Number for non-citizens
• Name of Company & Physical Address
Applications brought later than the stated times might not get clearance in time for the site inspection/ meeting and that may lead to denied entry. Failure to attend a compulsory pre-bidding meeting would lead to Bidder’s submission disqualification. Representatives attending the site visit are required to arrange their own transport, accommodation, and protective clothing, i.e., hard hat, steel toed boots, reflective vest and goggles. The tender enquiry packages for these services shall be distributed to the bidders after the site visit meeting. Lucara Botswana shall not be bound to engage any respondent or obliged to give reasons for shortlisting or non-shortlisting any respondent.
