Inclusion in BTO Supplier Database

BTO invites suitably qualified 100% citizen owned entities to express interest to be included into the included into the BTO supplier database for a period of two (2) years.

I0. Office Stationery, office equipment, furniture and consumables
I1. Cleaning materials and services
12. Security systems and Services
13. Uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Protecting Clothing
14. Travel Agency Services
15. Property, Equipment & Vehicle Valuation
16. Motor Vehicle rentals
17. Pest control Services
18. Removals, shipping & distribution
19. Warehouse and Logistics Services
20. Event Management, Entertainment and Talent services

Part 2: Compliance

Interested companies are required to submit the following:
I. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Companies and intellectual Property Authority (CIPA)
2. Share Holders listing from Company Extract issued by CIA.
3. Duly Certified Identity documents of the Company Shareholders as captured in the Company Extract issued by CIPA
4. Copy of a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate or exemption thereof both certified and issued by BURS.
Such Certificate is subject to online registration verification.
5. Certified Trading licence where applicable
6. Three relevant references not older than 5 years.
7. EDD certificate where applicable.

Note: Existing Suppliers in the database are not exempted from this process and should re-apply.

This exercise is meant to build a database and does do not guarantee that BTO will solicit goods and services from the list. All Supplier information provided in this exercise will be processed strictly for KYC Supplier registration database in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2024.
