Tender Description
The Universal Access and Service Fund (UASF or the Fund) hereby invites 100% citizen owned companies to tender for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ICT Equipment for ICT Labs at the following Three (3) Government Primary Schools:
I. K’Joe Primary School at New Xade, Ghanzi District;
II. Khakhea Primary School at Khakhea, Southern District; and
III. Ncojane Primary School at Ncojane, Kgalagadi District.
2. Procurement Method: Open Domestic Bidding.
3. Bidders who are domiciled in Botswana must in order to be considered for the tender, be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) under the following categories:
Code 203: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and ICT Supplies Subcode 01: Electrical and Electronic Equipment, Spares and Accessories (includes ICT, photographic equipment and others).
4. Citizen youth-owned companies shall purchase the ITT at 50% of the fee as per Presidential Directive CAB 14 (B)/2015.
5. Preference margins will be applied to qualifying bidders in line with the Economic Diversification Drive (EDD).
6. A non-refundable deposit of BWP285.00 (Two Hundred and Eighty-Five Pula Only) VAT inclusive payable by bank transfer or deposit at the following banking details, is required on collection of the tender documents:

7. Tender documents shall be issued upon provision of Proof of Payment (POP) to tenders@bocra.org.bw. All funds transfer bank charges shall be borne by the bid.
8. Queries and clarifications relating to this tender may be addressed in writing no later than 06 October 2026 to tender@bocra.org.bw and will be responded to no later than 08 October 2026.
9. Bids and all supporting documents should be submitted not later than 10:00 HRS on 16 October 2026 or such other later date as the Authority may advise in writing, at the Tender Box located at the following

10. Bids will be opened at 10:05 HRS on the 16 October 2026 at the BOCRA Head Office, bidders and the public are invited.
Tender opening results will be shared with bidders through BOCRA Website.
11. Late tender submissions will not be accepted.
12. One Envelope Submission method shall be followed in submitting bids.
13. The Public Procurement Act and Regulations shall apply to this tender.
14. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Fund is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
